Belgian Style
Tripel Ale

8.6% ABV

This Belgian Tripel uses a malt base of strictly Pilsner malt giving it a very light cracker base. A small addition of dark Belgian candi sugar brings out some light pear aromas and contributes pear and plum to the flavor.

Monastery Ale yeast is the star of the show, bringing banana, clove, and coriander to the nose with more banana and some black pepper on the flavor. This is the perfect cold-weather beer with a slight alcohol sensation that'll warm you up.

Hazy India Pale Ale

5.8% ABV

Mr. Balloon Hands will smack you in the face with fruity goodness on the nose. This IPA features the fruitiness of an East Coast IPA and the piney bitterness of a West Coast IPA.

Pacifica and Eclipse hops bring out orange, grapefruit and melon bursting through with a slight lingering bitterness that will make IPA lovers happy.

Vanilla Cream Ale

6.5% ABV

Kick your shoes off and dance the night away. Pilsner and Vienna malts create a smooth dance floor for a full pound of vanilla beans to swirl across your tongue.
